You can delete your GoMart account at any time, from the app or without it. This page is for anyone who no longer has the app, or would rather ask in writing.
Open GoMart, go to Account, then Settings, and tap Delete account. Your account closes at that moment: you are signed out on every phone and cannot sign in to it again.
Email [email protected] and tell us the phone number your account uses. We will confirm it is you with a text to that number, then close the account exactly as the app does.
If your wallet is not at zero. We cannot close an account that still holds money, because the money is yours. Spend it, or ask us to pay it out, and then delete the account. If the wallet shows a balance owed, contact us to settle it first.
A deleted account cannot be restored. You are welcome to sign up again with the same number, but it will be a new account, without your past orders or saved cards.
